5. Warranty Details

Puzzle Noire offers a 30-day warranty on all puzzles to ensure quality satisfaction. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@puzzlenoire.com  with your order details and

a description of the defect. If a replacement is warranted, we will provide one at no additional cost.
