Returns & Refunds Policy
At Puzzle Noire, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Because we’re a small, independent business, we ask that you review the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or refund experience.
Returns Eligibility
Return Window: Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date you receive your puzzle. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, your puzzle must be **unopened** and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns of used or incomplete puzzles.

Shipping Instructions
After contacting us, we’ll provide you with the return address and any specific instructions. Please ensure your puzzle is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. As a small business, we are unable to cover these costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
Refunds Eligibility Review
Once we receive and inspect your returned puzzle, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and inspecting each puzzle before it ships. However, if your puzzle arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
